UShabangu kwezinye izinselelo ababhekana nazo ebhizinisini wukuthi abantu abaningi abawuqondi kahle umsebenzi wakhe, ngakho uma sekufanele bakhokhe babamadolonzima.

“Angenze isibonelo nje. Uma kugencwa izihlahlakubhekwa izinto eziningi ezifana nokuphakama nokuphepha okunomphumela ekwenzeni umsebenzi. Amakhasimende amnyama awalihloniphi ibhizinisi lethu; njengezinye izizwe. Amanye aye angafuni ukukhokha idiphozithi, amanye akhokha imali engaphelele, amanye akhokhe sekudlule isikhathi. Loku kuba nomphumela omubi ebhizinisini,” kusho yena.

UShabangu uthi into ayithanda ngokubanebhizinisi wukuzimela nokudala amathuba omsebenzi.

“Ukufundisa abantu umsebenzi ngesipiloyini enginaso nezinto esengidlule kuzo (ngiyakuthanda). Ngithanda nokubafundisa indlela yokusebenza nokukhuthaza abanye abantu abasha ukuthi awudingi ukuqashwa ukuze ukwazi ukuqhubekela phambili empilweni kodwa uma ungaziqalela into yakho ngoba uma zimisele kuyenzeka,” kusho yena. 

Uthi bagxile kakhulu kumakhasimende asezindaweni zokuhlala abantu nasezimbonini ezizimele. Amakhasimende akhe kuvamise ukubangabantu abanezihlahla ezidinga ukugencwa noma ukuphundlwa, kwesinye isikhathi basuke bedinga ukwakha noma befuna igceke libukeke kahle. 

Ululeka abafisa ukungena ebhizinisini ukuthi bathande into abayenzayo ngoba ngeke babone izithelo ezinhle zento abayenzayo uma bengenalo uthando.

“Zamani izinto ezintsha. Sihlale sibona abantu abanemali bethi baqala amabhizinisi athile ahlukile awangahamba kahle, amanye ahamba kahle. Ngikholwa wukuthi uma ubona isikhala sento engakufakela imali noma engashintsha impilo yakho yizame kancane, kancane, emva kwaloko uzokwazi ukukhula kuyona. Akukho okuncane uma nje kungena imali,” kusho yena. 

UShabanga ufisa ukubona iSgejane idlondlobala, iqashe abantu abaningi endaweni, akwazi ukuthola izinsizakusebenza ezifanele ezinjengamaloli uma enza umsebenzi omkhulu.

“Ngifisa likhule ibhizinisi, licije abantu ngokuthi baqale amabhizinisi abo. Sifisa ukuthola nezinkontilela ezinkulu zeminyaka eminingi,” kusho yena.
