Benza i-pizza elokishini ngendlela yasendulo yamaNtaliyane

UKUSEBENZA endaweni yokudla eyayigxile ekwenzeni ama-pizza kwamkhuthaza ukuthi aqale leli bhizinisi elenza ukudla kwamaNtaliyane elokishini.

UMnu uSwelihle Mhlongo wasungula iThe People’s Fire House eMbali, eMgungundlovu, KwaZulu-Natali ngo-2021 nomngani wakhe.

Ngemva kokubheduka kwe-Covid-19 ngenkathi eyi-chef eThekwini, bamiswa emsebenzini. Ngesikhathi  lensizwa eneminyaka ewu-29 ihleli ekhaya yafikelwa wumqondo wokuthi kungcono kube khona ekwenzayo kunokubhuquza ekhaya.

“Wafika kanjalo umbono webhizinisi. Ngacela umngani wami uThabiso Mkhize ukuthi angisize (onamava okusebenza ezindaweni zokudla ezihlukene) abenguweta futhi uyakwazi ukusiza amakhasimende nokwenza okunye okudingeka endaweni yokudlela,” kusho yena.

UMhlongo uthi izingqinamba abhekene nazo ebhizinisini wukudayisa, okuyikona okubalulekile ngoba uma ungadayisanga awukwazi ukwenza okunye.

“Sisaqala ukudayisa kwakunzima ngoba kwakufanele sikhiphe ephaketheni senze okufanele sikwenze. Sasingakwazi ukuthenga yonke into esiyidingayo ngesikhathi esisodwa, okunye kwakubuye kunganeli,” kukhumbula yena.

Kuleli bhizinisi uthi benza izinto ezingajwayelekile emabhizinisini asemalokishini njenge-pizza, ama-taco nama-ribs ngendlela abanikazi baloku kudla abakwenza ngayo. Isibonelo nje i-pizza yabo yenziwa emlilweni njengoba yenziwa ngamaNtaliyane. 

Amanani ama-pizza abo amancane awuR45 kuya kuR50, aphakathi nendawo awuR75 kuya kuR80 kuthi amakhulu abe wuR105 kuya kuR120.

“Sidayisa ukudla okungajwayelekile kanti akubizi kakhulu. Sikwazi ukukuhlanganisa kubengama-combo, akuyiwona abawathanda kakhulu abantu, sibahlanganisele izinto ezihlukene abangeke bakwazi ukuthenga kwezinye izindawo. 

“Enye into ehlukile ngathi wukuthi yonke into siyiqala phansi. Asiyithengi inhlama, ngiyixova mina, ngiyenze ibeyindilinga, i-sauce siyenza thina nokuthi isitofu sethu akusona esikagesi kodwa siyabasa ukuze ukudla kwethu kwenziwe ngendlela yasendulo,” kusho yena.

UMhlongo ufisa ukuthi babenamagatsha ezindaweni ezinkulu eKZN  bagcine sebefinyelela naseGoli.

“Uma seseifike eGoli, siyobe sesikwazi ukufinyelela kwezinye izindawo eziningi zaseNingizimu Afrika,” kusho yena.
