UMENGAMELI uCyril Ramaphosa uthembise ukuthi bazochaza ongqongqoshe namaphini abo uma kungenamnyakazo abawenzile ukusukumela izinto eziseqhulwini. Uthe uzohlangana nabo kulezi zinyanga eziyisithupha ezizayo futhi ngeke “amukele zaba nancazelo”. 

Loku kuyahambisana nomsebenzi wokuphucula indlela umsebenzi owenziwa ngayo kuhulumeni ukuze ube sezingeni elifanele, okuwumsebenzi omkhulu kodwa okufanele wenziwe uma ubheka indlela isimo esibheda ngayo ezweni lethu.

Sisebenzisana nohulumeni ezindaweni ezihlukene ukuphucula ukungasebenzi kahle kwezinhlaka zikahulumeni futhi kokunye sifisa kuphuculwe izinhlelo esezivele ziqalile ukulandelwa. Enye yezindawo ezibalulekile wukulandela uhlaka olubheka amakhono okufanele abantu babenawo ukuze bakwazi ukwenza umsebenzi othile. Lokhu kuzokwethula amakhono okufanele izikhulu zikamasipala zibe nawo kanti iBusiness Leadership South Africa (iBLSA) ifisa loku kwenziwe kuzo zonke izinhlaka zikahulumeni nokuqinisekisa ukuthi kufakwa nemisebenzi yezikhulu eziphezulu zemali. 

Okunye wukuthi kuqhutshekwe kuqeqeshwe abantu ukuphucula amakhono abo ukuze kuhambisane nokushintsha kwezinto njengokuthi komasipala kudingeka abantu abazokwazi ukwengamela umsebenzi obucayi wokuthola ugesi ozophehlwa yimboni ezimele. 

Ezinye izindawo zifaka ukuthi kuhambisane ukuphatha amabhuku, ukuthenga izimpahla nokuphatha ukuze kube sezingeni lamazwe omhlaba, imigomo yemboni ezimele nendlela okubuyekezwa ngayo umsebenzi wabaphethe ukuze kungagcini ngokuthi baphendule uma umsebenzi ungenzekile kuphela kodwa kube khona umvuzo abawutholayo uma umsebenzi bewenze kahle, mhlawumbe bakhokhelwe ibhonasi.

Konke loku kuhambisana nokuphucula indlela okwenziwa ngayo umsebenzi kuhulumeni okunezinhloso zokuqeda inkonhlakalo kuzo zonke izinhlaka zikahulumeni futhi okubhekwe ukuthi kuholele ekutheni abantu baqashwe ngoba umsebenzi bewazi nangenxa yendlela abaziphatha ngayo, hhayi abantu abangathembekile futhi hhayi ngoba kubhekelelwa ezepolitiki kuphela. 

Indlela okuhlinzekwa ngayo izidingo zabantu ezweni lonke imapeketwane, ikakhulukazi ngoba ezikhundleni kufakwa abantu abangawazi umsebenzi, isinqumo se-ANC sokufaka abantu bayo ezikhundleni inesandla esikhulu kumonakalo esiwubona ezweni namhlanje.
