Kusegazini ukulwela abantu abamnnyama kosanda kuthatha izintambo kwi-ABASA. Uxoxe noSLINDILE KHANYILE

UKHOKHO wakhe ngelinye lamaqhawe ahlonishwayo eNingizimu Afrika ngokulwela isithunzi nengcebo yomuntu omnyama. Inkosi uJongumsobomvu Maqoma nowagcina efele ejele eRobben Island, lapho wayengomunye wabantu ababehamba phambili belwela ukuthi abantu abamnyama bangaphucwa umhlaba wabo.

Enye yezinto ezihlukile ngokwemfundo wukuthi kuyaziwa ukuthi uma umuntu enze iziqu zeBCom Accounting emanyuvesi okwakungawabantu abamnyama kuphela kufanele enze i-Honours iminyaka emibili esikhundleni sonyaka. UNksz uMaqoma uyakhala ngaloku njengoba ethi kudalwa wukuthi sekwaze kwaba yinto eyamukelekile ukuthi labo bafundi bazoyifeyila i-Honours ngonyaka wokuqala.
Uthi zikhona izingxoxo ezaqala ngo-2015 ezazibheka ukuthi ingabuyekezwa kanjani indlela okufundiswa ngayo, nathi bazobuyela kuzo ukubheka ukuthi kwakugcinwe kuphi.
I-ABASA inesikhwama esisegameni likaNkuhlu Subvention Fund abalekelela ngaso ukuthuthukisa othisha basemanyuvesi amnyama. Uthi neHhovisi loMcwaningimabhuku-jikelele liyaphonsa esivivaneni kulesi sikhwama kanjalo neFasset Seta.
“Enye into edinga ukubhekwa yilena yokuthi yini eyenza othisha bangahlali emanyuvesi ngoba nalokho kunesandla. Uma ubheka nje eWalter Sisulu yonke into iqhubeka kahle ngoba othisha bakhona bayahlala kodwa eFort Hare abahlali,” kubalisa yena.
Ngenkathi eyeka eWits wathola umsebenzi kwenye inkampani encane kanti futhi wathola nomntwana akhetha ukumkhulisa iminyaka emithathu.
Wasizwa wuninalume ukuthi aqedele iziqu zakhe njengoba unina adlula emhlabeni efunda uGrade 11. “Umthetho wami ngiwumuntu oyiqedayo into ayiqalile kanti ngalibona nethuba enganginikwa lona, ngalijabulela futhi nganquma ukuthi ngizolisebenzisa kahle. Ngiyazi futhi ukuthi kungenxa yomuntu umama ayewuyena, wayemnene kubantu.”
UNksz uMaqoma uqale ukusebenza ne-ABASA esesenyuvesi kanti uphathe izikhundla ezihlukene futhi wahlala nasemakomidini ahlukene ngaphambi kokuqokwa abe wumengameli.
Usanda kusungula inkampani yakhe iNomatshawe Group emva kokuyeka ukusebenzela iKPMG. Le nkampani igxile ezintweni ezihlukene njengoba yenza nomsebenzi wokuthuthukisa intsha. Kusukela ngonyaka ozayo uzokwethula nangokusomthethweni nophiko lwe-accounting.
Nakuba esebenze eKPMG ngalesi sikhathi bekubhokile ukuvela kwamahlazo athinta inkohlakalo kule nkampani kodwa uthi lokho yinto emkhulisile futhi yamfundisa ngokubaluleka kwegama lomuntu qobo. “Lezi zikhundla (esiziphathayo) azisho lutho uma singekho qotho.”
