NGENKATHI enza unyaka wesine ezifundweni zobudokotela, kwathi ngelinye ilanga esendleni elalele umsakazo wezwa umuntu omnyama ekhuluma, wachazeka yindlela ayeyibeka ngayo indaba yakhe nendlela ayekhipha ngayo isiNgisi ngamakhala. 

Kwathi ukuba ezwe ukuthi wenza msebenzi muni lowo muntu ayemlalele, wanquma ngaleso sikhathi ukuyeka ukufundela ukuba wudokotela ngoba esefuna ukulandela lowo mkhakha ayesezwe ngawo.

Izinkampani zabelungu ngaleso sikhathi zazicwasa ngokwebala nangokobulili, abantu abamnyama babeyizisebenzi bese kuthi izimenenja kube ngabelungu. Babeholela abelungu ngaphezu kwabantu abamnyama,” kukhumbula uMohale.

“Izifundo engazifunda (kuloko) wukuthi ukuzikhandla, ukuzimisela nokuphokophela nokucophelela kuhlale kudingwa yiwo wonke umuntu; yingakho ngakwazi ukugcina ngifinyelele kwibhodi kuleyo minyaka ewu-11.”

UMohale uthi wabona futhi ukuthi angaletha uguquko uma eba yisikhulu esiphezulu ngokuqikelela ukuqasha abantu abazolusebenzela uguquko, bavikele intando yabantu futhi balwele ubulungiswa kwezenhlalakahle.

Nakuba afika emsebenzini wahlangabezana nezingqinamba kodwa akazange ayeke ukuphokophela iphupho lakhe lokuba yimenenja. Uthi enye into eyayimkhuthaza wukusaba ukuhlupheka kanjalo nokuqonda ukuthi wayesengazuza okukhulu kunaloku ayevele esekuzuzile.

UMohale uzalelwe futhi wakhulela eKatlehong, eGauteng, lapho ekhuliswe khona kakhulu wuninakhulu. Uthi ushintshe imisebenzi nezimboni uma kuvela amathuba angcono ngoba enye into wayazi ukuthi kumele alekelele nasekhaya.

“Kwakunenqwaba yabantu okwakumele ngibabhekelele njengabo bonke abantu abamnyama, abazali, izingane zakithi kanjalo nokwazi ukuthi imigomo yokuphatha iyafana noma ngabe udayisa amakheshi, ezokuhlinzeka ngemali, imithi nokunye.”

Emasontweni amathathu edlule iStatistics South Africa ikhiphe izibalo ezintsha ezikhombisa ukuthi isibalo sabantu abangasebenzi eNingizimu Afrika sesifinyelele ku-32.5%. Intsha emnyama engasebenzi ingaphezu kuka-55% bese kuthi abesifazane abamnyama bona bawu-38.5%. 

Ziningi izisombululo eziyaye ziphakanyiswe uma kukhulunywa ngokuntuleka kwemisebenzi, ikakhulukazi entsheni. UMohale uthi sisodwa isisombululo.  

“Kumele thina sisungule amabhizinisi ethu ukuze sizoqasha izingane zethu ngoba kuwumsangano ukulokhu sizala izingane bese sizithumela kwezinye izindawo ukuthi ziyoguqa phansi ngedolo zicele umsebenzi komunye umuntu kube kuwumsebenzi wethu ukweseka izingane zethu.

“Mhlazane izingane zethu zisibuza ukuthi uRolihlahla Nelson Mandela wayilwela waze wayithola le nkululeko, niyenzeni nina, singabi novalo lokuthi ziyosilahla. Ogogo bethu babethi umbuzo okufanele uhlale uzibuza wona empilweni owokuthi ‘yini oyenzela abanye abantu?’”

Nakuba evuma ukuthi indlela izinto eziyiyona ezweni azibavuni abafisa ukusungula futhi bakhulise amabhizinisi kodwa uthi loko akusho ukuthi akumele asungulwe.

“Uma singasheshe sikwamukele ukuthi ukusungula ibhizinisi kunzima nokuthi akukho ezandleni zikahulumeni noma zamathenda… amathenda akuwona amabhizinisi nokuthi ukube bekulula wonke umuntu ubezokwenza. Yiko kanye lobo bunzima obenza kube kuhle. Siyoqala amabhizinisi ethu, hhayi sisacabanga njengomphakathi… hhayi sisacabanga njenge-African National Congress… cha. Uyoliqala ibhizinisi uma ucabanga ukuthi uwubaba ohlalelwe wukukhulisa amadodakazi akhe amabili endaweni ephephile futhi ubakhele umnotho oyobaphilisa izizukulwane ngezizukulwane. Mhlazane waqonda loko, akukho okuyokuvimba ukuthi usungule ibhizinisi,” kucebisa yena.
